Douglas Hakeos, 54, Fayette, was injured in a crash between two pickups at 6:10 am, Thursday, Sept. 17, at the intersection of US20A, St. Rt. 66, and Co. Rd. 24.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol report states Hakeos was driving a pickup south on St. Rt. 66 while Chris Stuckey, 41, Wauseon, was driving a second pickup west on US20A. The report states Hakeos failed to yield from the stop sign, driving into the intersection of St. Rt. 66 and US20A. They collided.
Archbold Rescue transported Hakeos to Fulton County Health Center. He was transferred to an unspecified Toledo hospital. Stuckey was not transported by ambulance.
Troopers cited Hakeos for failure to yield the right-ofway from a stop sign.
