Eunice Mahler Wolfe, age 95, of Glassboro, N.J., passed away Jan. 5, 2019.
She was born March 14, 1923, in Archbold, to Lawrence M. and Otha L. Mahler.
Eunice received her nursing training at Robinwood Hospital and went on to work at St. Luke’s Hospital.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Kinston, N.C., and of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League. Eunice was a past member and Past Matron of Stella Chapter O.E.S. in Toledo.
Eunice is survived by her daughters, Sandra S. Schlosser Flory (Roger D. Flory) of Kinston N.C., and Karen A. Howe of Glassboro, N.J.; grandchildren, Sarah E. Phipps (Garrett Phipps) of Greenville, N.C., Joshua R., Andrew T., Sean M., Gregory and Shannon Howe of Glassboro, N.J.; and greatgrandchildren, Jenna E. Kohlman of Hamilton, Ohio, and Jameson G. Phipps of Greenville, N.C.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gordan T. Wolfe; son-in-law, Jack Howe; and grandson, Alexander B. Kubiak.
Family and friends may visit Thursday, Jan. 10, from 12 p.m.-8 p.m. at David R. Jasin- Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., Toledo, OH. The funeral service for Eunice will be held Friday, Jan. 11 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor William Schultz officiating. Interment will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
