Eight Persons Indicted

The Fulton County Grand Jury returned indictments charging eight people with crimes ranging from drugs to failure to pay child support, Monday, May 20:

•Ryan M. Terry, 31, Goshen; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about April 12, allegedly possessed methamphetamine.

•Jesse J. Beverly, 20, Delta; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about March 23, allegedly illegally possessed lisdexamfetamine, a drug used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

•Christopher D. Brick, 19, Swanton; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about March 23, allegedly possessed lisdexamfetamine.

•Gage E. McCullough, 26, Toledo; indicted on one count each, possession of heroin, possession of drugs; on or about Sept. 29, 2018, was allegedly in possession of heroin and buprenorphine, a drug used to treat drug addiction.

•Chad W. Mann, 26, Delta; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about April 12, he allegedly possessed cocaine.

•Kenneth E. Tebidor, 65, Swanton; indicted on two counts, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, one count, aggravated vehicular assault; on or about March 2, allegedly caused serious physical harm to another while allegedly operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

•Bryant A. Hall, 38, Charlotte, N.C.; indicted on six counts, nonsupport of dependents; on or about April 1, 2018- March 31, 2019, allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $13,954.20.

•Matthew A. Perkins, 32, Delta; indicted on one count each, breaking and entering, receiving stolen property, two counts, theft; on or about May 6, allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure and stole a motor vehicle identification license plate and a chainsaw, allegedly retained a motor vehicle identification license plate, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it had been stolen.
