The Archbold girls 4×400 team of Julia Lambert, Emily Roth, Gwynne Riley, and Dakota Stamm won a regional title at the Div. III regional track & field meet at Tiffin, Friday, May 27. The Streaks finished in 4:02.37, more than a second ahead of second-place Fremont St. Joseph Central Catholic.

On Wednesday, the Pettisville girls 4×800 team of Elizabeth Sauder, Nichole Foor, Morgan Leppelmeier, and Alexa Leppelmeier won a regional title.

Advancing to the state meet Friday & Saturday, June 3-4 in Columbus by finishing in the top 4 at the regional meet in Tiffin:

•Lexa Richardson, Archbold, girls 100 hurdles, 4th;

•Alexa Leppelmeier, Pettisville, 1600, 3rd; 3200, 2nd;

•Dakota Stamm, Archbold, 400, 2nd;

•Jack Fisher, Archbold, 400, 3rd;

•Elizabeth Sauder, Pettisville, 800, 2nd;

•Sydney Ranzau, Archbold, pole vault, tied for 3rd.

Archbold finished second in the girls team standings with 43.5 points, 1/2 point short of first-place Columbus Grove’s 44. Pettisville finished fourth with 38.-Updated 5.27, 10:44 pm
