Credit Cards Stolen, Used

A wallet was stolen from a vehicle and credit cards were used to make purchases, an Archbold police report said.

Nathaniel T. Lange, 31, 313 Buckeye St., told police his wallet was left in the center console of his vehicle, which was parked in front of his residence.

The wallet, containing credit cards, identification, and $20-$40 in cash, was taken sometime between 3 pm, Sunday, Oct. 15, and 12:03 pm, Monday, Oct. 16.

An unknown suspect used two of the cards to make purchases totaling more than $2,500.

Police are investigating.
