accident states Shadbolt was driving a car south on North Defiance Street, when
a second car, driven by Charles J. Wyse, 82, Archbold, was pulling out of the
Farmers & Merchants State Bank drive-up lane. The two vehicles collided.

Archbold Rescue and ALS- 1, responded, and transported Shadbolt.

Archbold Police cited Wyse for failure to yield.
