Collegiate Connection

Kendra Stahl, a 2004 Archbold High School graduate, is an honorable mention selection on the Mid-Central Conference all-league softball team.

A senior at Huntington (Ind.) College, she is the daughter of Tim and Barb, Archbold.

The Foresters finished the season with a 17-22-1 record, matching the second-highest win total in the program’s 27- year history.

They made their first appearance in school history in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Region VIII tournament in early May. HU lost 6-0 to Aquinas College in game one and was ousted from the tourney with a 4-2 loss in eight innings to Indiana Tech.
