Katrina Gobrogge, AHS ‘08, daughter of Neal and Beth, lettered in women’s cross country for the fourth consecutive year at Hope College, Holland, Mich.
She is a senior.
Hailey Galvan, AHS ‘10, had three blocks, four rebounds, and two points in a 71-65 Owens Community College victory over St. Clair Community College, Tuesday, Nov. 29.
Galvan tied her own national record for most blocks in a game, with 12, scored eight points and grabbed four rebounds in OCC’s 90- 30 victory over Glen Oaks Community College, Saturday,
Dec. 3.
Through the season’s first 10 games, one-third of the regular season, Galvan is halfway to the single-season block record for OCC.
The Express (8-2) are ranked 12th in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division II poll.
Galvan is the daughter of Roel and Dana.
