On Monday, Nov. 24, our daughter Bethany was in an auto accident on US 20A when her car slid on black ice and hit a telephone pole. Her last thought before the crash was “God help me” and He did. We are so grateful for the many people who stopped and comforted her until rescue arrived. We know the names of only two, Russ Watson and Jeff (last name unknown). We wish to thank the Archbold Rescue Squad for their care and safe transport to the hospital. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Archbold Hospital for their compassion and prompt treatment. Also to Deputy Sheriff Rick Brock for his kindness and assistance and to Martha Heer for driving me to the hospital. Bethany continues to recover. We believe Russ said it best, “I witnessed a miracle today. I saw God’s angels in action.” We extend our deepest gratitude to all of you and to the many friends and family that prayed that day.
