A. J. Schroeder, Archbold police officer, said APD and Zion Mennonite Church are seeking the return of missing musical instruments and equipment valued at more than $5,400.
A notice from church officials received by this newspaper states the instruments and equipment was stored at the church, but owned by members of the congregation.
The Archbold police report states the equipment went missing sometime after noon on Tuesday, June. 5. It was reported missing Saturday, June 9.
"We are following all available leads," Schroeder said.
The notice from the church states, "If anyone has information that could lead to the recovery of the instruments, please contact the church office or investigating officer A. J. Schroeder of the Archbold Police Department."–posted 5:10 pm 6.13.12
