The Pettisville golf team finished fourth with a team score of 386 at the Buckeye Border Conference golf tournament, Friday, Sept. 21, at Wauseon.
North Central won the league title by winning both the regular season and tournament title. In the tourney the Eagles finished with a score of 316.
Stryker was second with 357, and Fayette was third with 378.
Edon was fifth with 391. Hilltop was sixth with 418.
Tyler Herschberger was low man for the Birds, finishing with a score of 86. He was named Second Team All-BBC.
Matt Krill shot a 93. Reed Behnfeldt finished with a 102, and Evan King shot a 105.
Ben Graber had a 106 and Greg Kempf, a 113.
NC’s Branden Turner was match medalist, shooting a low score of 76.

North Central hosted the Birds, Tuesday, Sept. 18 in a dual match.
The Eagles posted a team score of 151. The Birds finished with a 198.
Herschberger was low man for Pettisville with a 43. King shot a 50; Angela Austin, a 52; and Krill, a 53.
Behnfeldt shot a 54 and Kempf shot a 57.
NC’s Jalen Dancer was match medalist with a 36, one shot over par.
The Pettisville boys play in the Division III sectional tournament at Auglaize Country Club, Thursday, Sept. 27.
Other teams at the tourney include Antwerp, Ayersville, Crestview, Fairview, Fort Jennings, Delphos Jefferson, Kalida, Leipsic, Ottoville, Delphos St. John’s, Tinora, and Wayne Trace.
The three lowest-scoring teams and four individual low scorers not on a qualifying team advance to the Thursday, Oct. 4 district tournament at Stone Ridge Golf Club, Bowling Green.
