Beck Insurance Reports Garbage Problem

Police are investigating a case of unwanted trash placed in a local firm’s container.

A representative of Beck Insurance reported to police on Monday, March 16, that they found items “that were not used by the business” in the company garbage container.

On Thursday, more trash that did not belong to the business was observed.

The firm provided photos of the trash to police.

In an unrelated case, Lawrence

Grime, Jr., 83, rural Archbold, told police his wallet was stolen.

Grime told police he accidentally left his wallet at the Shopko store on Friday, March 6. He removed the wallet from his pocket, took out a credit card, made payment, and forgot to pick up the wallet.

He told officers he believed the wallet was taken by an unknown man who was behind him in line.

Police have marked the case closed.
