Dan Tierney, spokesman for the Ohio Attorney General office, said last week the Four County Career Center safety plan had been received.
Prior to the Christmas holiday, the joint vocational school appeared on a list of school districts that had not submitted a safety plan to the AG office.
Tim Meister, FCCC superintendent, said a plan had been submitted, and that an official in the AG office had told him that several of the plans had been lost.
This newspaper attempted to interview the official, but the AG office denied the request.
Meister said the consulting firm that prepared the plan submitted a second copy to the AG office.
