Erin Fricke, 28, who is listed as having a Pettisville address, was arrested by Archbold police on Friday, Dec. 31, about 6:19 pm at an apartment building on South Defiance Street.
The police report said an officer was investigating another matter when it was discovered there was a warrant for Fricke’s arrest.
The report states Fricke was taken into custody, searched in front of the officer’s patrol car camera, and then transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio without incident.
As of 9 pm, Sunday, Jan. 9, she was still being held at CCNO.
The warrant was issued by the Defiance County Common Pleas Court, where, in January 2019, she was convicted of one count of possession of LSD, an illegal hallucinogenic drug. At the time of her sentencing, she was placed on community control.
In October 2021, a motion was filed to revoke her community control, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
In a Thursday, Jan. 6 hearing, bond for Fricke was set at $15,000, 10% allowed.
