Fulton County sheriff deputies arrested Eric T. Royer, 44, Toledo, early Friday morning, Dec. 15, on charges of breaking and entering, criminal trespassing, and possession of criminal tools.
A press release states deputies on routine patrol found Royer in an area where break-ins had occurred. During their investigation, they uncovered evidence that led to his arrest.
He was booked into the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. His case will be heard in Eastern District Court.
He also faces charges of breaking and entering and theft, filed Nov. 17, 2017, in Sylvania Municipal Court.
As of Sunday night, Dec. 17, he was still being held at CCNO.
