Jen A. Gisel, 21, Archbold, was indicted on charges of forgery and attempted theft from an elderly person or disabled adult.
She was one of 20 persons indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury, Monday, June 20.
The indictment against Gisel alleges on or about April 10, she possessed a forged check valued between $500 to $5,000 from the account of an elderly person.

Jordan L. Baldwin, 22, Delta; two counts, complicity to commit trafficking in marijuana; on or about May 1, allegedly procured another to sell marijuana in the vicinity of a juvenile.
Melissa S. Creps, 22, Wauseon; one count each, possession of heroin, tampering with evidence; allegedly purchased heroin and tampered with evidence in police investigation on or about May 18.
Joseph A. Garza, 23, Swanton; four counts, felonious assault; on or about March 18, allegedly caused serious harm by means of a deadly weapon to two persons.
Danielle A. Haley, 26, Wauseon, one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about March 6, allegedly possessed the drug Psilocyn.
Kristy L. Hafemeister, 31, Marblehead; one count, aggravated possession of drugs; between May 6 and May 13, allegedly illegally possessed the painkiller Percocet.
Ashley C. Deeds, 23, Delta; one count, theft of drugs; on or about May 24, allegedly stole prescription drugs.
Joseph W. Heinemann, 25, Wauseon; one count each, possession of heroin, tampering with evidence; allegedly purchased heroin and tampered with evidence in police investigation on or about May 18.
Clifford A. Kiracofe, 37, Woodhaven, Mich.; 11 counts of breaking and entering, six counts of theft, one count grand theft, one count theft from an elderly person or disabled adult; on or about Nov. 9, 2010 to Jan. 23, 2011, allegedly trespassed in several unoccupied structures in Metamora, Lyons, Swanton, and Wauseon, and allegedly stole landscaping equipment and tools.
Luis D. Mateo; 30, Indianapolis, Ind., one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about May 20, allegedly possessed Dextroamphetamine Saccaarate, commonly known as Adderoll, used to treat narcolepsy and attention deficit disorder.
Gary L. Merritt, 50, Toledo; one count each, breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools, theft, attempted theft; on or about Sept. 23, allegedly trespassed at a business and stole property valued between $500 and $5,000.
Bruce W. Michael, Jr., 42, Delta; one count each, felonious assault, domestic violence; on or about May 30, allegedly caused serious physical harm to a family or household member.
Allen G. Perkins, 49, Delta; one count, theft; allegedly on March 14, stole a credit card.
Crystal A. Reyes, 21, Delta; one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about March 6, allegedly illegally possessed the psychedelic drug Psilocyn.
Andrea K. Siebert, 20, Hamler; one count, aggravated trafficking in drugs; on or about May 6 to May 13, allegedly sold the painkiller Percocet.
Tyler E. Smith, 35, Delta; one count, grand theft of a motor vehicle; on or about June 15, allegedly stole a motor vehicle.
Charles B. Souders, 38, Romulus, Mich., 11 counts of breaking and entering, six counts of theft, one count grand theft, one count theft from an elderly person or disabled adult; on or about Nov. 9, 2010 to Jan. 23, 2011, allegedly trespassed in several unoccupied structures in Metamora, Lyons, Swanton, and Wauseon, and allegedly stole landscaping equipment and tools.
Leopoldo T. Suarez, Jr., 54, Defi ance; two counts, burglary; on or about June 15; allegedly trespassed into two Wauseon residences.
Tonja L. Sullivan, 45, Columbus; one count each, forgery, identity fraud, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity; on or about Nov. 21, 2010, allegedly forged a check and participated in an enterprise through a pattern of corrupt activity.
