7:48 pm: Attempted breaking and entering, Pamida.

Dec. 15

3:15 pm: Theft, McDonald’s.

Dec. 16

5:42 pm: A semi, driven by Johnny W. Savage, 47, Athens, Ala., owned by Western Express, Nashville, backing into a building at Sauder Woodworking and hit an overhead door.

Dec. 17

7:42 am: Subject using snowblower, blowing snow from private property into roadway, 200 block Miller Ave., advised subject to stop.

9:08 am: Advised subject to stop blowing snow into roadway, 200 block Walnut St.

9:10 am: Advised subject to stop blowing snow into roadway, 500 block Walnut St.

5:21 pm: Found purse, Fairlawn Haven, returned to owner.

Dec. 18

3:41 pm: Semi, driven by Todd E. Prince, 35, Inkster, Mich., owned by Swift Leasing, Oklahoma City, Okla., traveling east on Stryker St., attempted right turn to go south on N. Defiance St. Turned too sharp, trailer wheels struck the bell bollard. Bollard and trailer damaged.

7:12 pm: Car, driven by Katherine Beck, 27, rural Stryker, was backing out of a parking place in the Mancino’s parking lot and hit a parked car owned by Jennifer Kauffman, Archbold.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold Police officers issued verbal warnings for left of center, parking on roadway, traffic signal, speeding.
