1:51 pm: Neighborhood trouble, subject shouting at subject, Pheasant Lane.

3:33 pm: Vehicle unlock, 400 West St.

10:58 pm: Disabled vehicle, S. Defiance St. at Lafayette St.

Sept. 7

12:50 am: Suspicious vehicle, high school.

5:43 am: Suspicious vehicle, Fox Chase, unable to locate.

6:05 am: Assist other unit, 24000 block Co. Rd. F.

9:29 am: Theft, Circle K.

12:31 pm: Subject found keys in Woodland Park, turned in on station, located owner searching for keys in park.

2:58 pm: Possible narcotics found, Circle K.

8:55 pm: Traffic stop, arrested Thomas W. Skiver, 30, Archbold, on misdemeanor warrant, verbal warning for driving while license suspended, 400 block S. Defiance St.

11:21 pm: Suspicious activity, 200 block Ditto St., unfounded.

Sept. 8

4:55 am: Suspicious person, Car 1, all okay.

12:36 pm: Assist other unit, Theresa Taylor’s Dog Grooming.

2:31 pm: Follow-up, assisted dog warden, 300 block Miller Ave.

6:37 pm: Verbal warning, parking violation, 100 block Woodland Dr.

Sept. 9

3:53 am: Verbal warning, parking violation, ConAgra, parking on private property.

8:07 am: Issued bicycle safety award, 200 block Blue Streak Drive.

1:13 pm: Arm bent on railroad gate, Defiance Street Norfolk Southern crossing.

1:44 pm: Subject on station asking questions about visiting friend at Fairlawn.

3:47 pm: Unwanted subject, Colony Meadows.

Sept. 10

5 am: Truck driver blocked in, McDonald’s, was able to get truck out.

11 am: Suspicious vehicle, brown truck driving slowly past houses taking pictures, Eicher St., unable to locate.

11:23 am: Issued two bicycle safety awards, 300 block Walnut St.

12:06 pm: Lost cell phone, 500 block E. Lutz Rd., later found.

12:27 pm: Dog left in hot car for 25 minutes, 1200 block S. Defiance Street, advised subject.

1:29 pm: Suspicious vehicle, Fusion Health & Fitness, all okay.

2:15 pm: Metal in roadway, 400 block E. Lutz Rd., removed.

5:38 pm: Traffic jam or road blocked, 900 block W. Barre rd., removed traffic cone from roadway.

7:39 pm: Welfare check, East Gardens.

8:39 pm: Civil problem, Fox Chase.

10:30 pm: Crash, property damage, Sauder Funeral Products.

Sept. 11

1:20 am: Assist other unit, Colony Meadows, attempted to make contact with subject for Fulton County Sheriff Department, no answer.

8:10 am: Citation to Donna Blankenship, 55, Bryan, speeding, 900 block E. Lutz Rd.

9:54 am: Vehicle with driver side door open, no one in vehicle, 700 block Ringenberg Dr., subject forgot to close door.

1:42 pm: Welfare check, Colony Meadows, in hospital.

2:15 pm: Suspicious person in vehicle, 300 block Park St., all okay.

2:47 pm: Domestic trouble, 200 block Wilson St.

2:51 pm: Crossing guard duty, Franklin St. at Park St.

4:08 pm: Miscellaneous complaint, 500 block Short- Buehrer Rd.

6:40 pm: Assist other police unit, 500 block S. Defiance St.

10:40 pm: Vehicle unlock, 400 block Vine St.

Sept. 12

12:11 am: Half-dressed subject running down middle of E. Lutz Rd., unable to locate.

4:24 pm: Delivery driver stuck in gated area, Bil-Jax, contacted keyholder to let out.

4:36 pm: Crash, E. Lutz Rd. at Vine St.

6:53 pm: Threats andor harassment, Fairlawn Apartments.

6:55 pm: Found property, on station.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police issued verbal warnings for speeding, disobeying a stop sign, no headlights, failure to use turn signal, improper passing, and failure to drive in marked lanes.
