Sept. 2

7:30 pm: Assault, 100 block S. Lincoln St.

8:53 pm: Barking dog in back yard, 200 block E. Holland St., no one home, advised owner they could be cited.

9:10 pm: Loud music from vehicle, 100 block N. Defiance St., citation to Jeremy B. Espinoza, 31, Archbold.

11:27 pm: Neighbor’s dog on porch, 500 block South St., advised owner to keep dog at home.

Sept. 4

8:30 am: Reckless operation, 1200 block S. Defiance St., spoke to subject.

5:40 pm: Disabled vehicle, 1900 block S. Defiance St., directed traffic.

6:54 pm: A car, driven by Breon P. Price, 17, Archbold, was backing out of a parking space at the Archbold High School. A pickup, driven by Ethan J. Meyers, 18, Archbold, with passenger Josh J. Meyers, 15, same address, was driving out of the parking lot. The two collided.

11:18 pm: Theft report, 101 1/2 Pleasant St.

Sept. 5

5:24 am: Loud subjects in parking lot, East Gardens, advised to quiet down.

6:02 am: Continuing disturbance, East Gardens, subjects gone when officers arrived.

3:29 pm: Traffic stop, citation to Shellee Murcko, 44, Napoleon, for speeding, 200 block Clyde’s Way.

Sept. 6

12:34 pm: Citation to Amber Hughes, 19, rural Swanton, speeding, 400 block Vine St.

1:22 pm: Three subjects soliciting, advised to register.

2:58 pm: A mini-pickup truck, driven by William Bostelman, 60, Archbold, was traveling south in the 400 block of Vine Street. A pickup, driven by Israel G. Lerma, Archbold, with passenger Soila D. Lerma, 67, same address, was backing out of a private driveway. The two vehicles collided. Lerma was cited for violating rules for starting and backing vehicles.

Sept. 7

10:50 am: Subject found dog in roadway, 700 block N. Defi- ance St., returned to owner.

5:17 pm: Citation to Archie W. Lee IV, 22, rural Wauseon, traffic signal, S. Defiance St. at West Barre Rd.

Sept. 8

1:27 am: Noise complaint, Archbold Villas, advised to turn it down.

10:20 pm: Vandalism to mailbox, 501 Stamm St.

(Note: During the preceding week, Archbold Police officers gave one written warning for speeding, and verbal warnings for speeding, failure to drive in marked lanes, turn signal, no taillights, one headlight, no through trucks.)
