7:59 pm: Garbage cans in road, 400 block W. Holland St, moved cans.

12:34 am: Noise complaint, East Gardens, children running around apartments, mother stated children were going to bed.

7:54 pm: Report of vehicle crash, E. Lutz Rd. at Vine St., was not a crash, subject fell.

4:53 pm: Assist fire-rescue, 200 block Sylvanus St.

4:56 pm: Found dog with collar and broken leash, 200 block Walnut St., subject will keep dog until owner claims.

7:41 pm: Citation to Jeffrey Neville, 17, Stryker, speeding, Nolan Prkwy.

7:31 am: Citation to Jose Tijerina, 53, Archbold, driving around railroad gates, Defiance St. Norfolk Southern crossing.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police issued verbal warnings for speeding, driving with one headlight out, and no license plate light.
