May 27

8:52 am: Vandalism to vehicle, 207 E. Mechanic St.

10:32 am: Parking violation, overtime parking, vehicle parked in village right-ofway, 100 block Monumental St., marked tires.

11 am: Threats and-or harassment, reported on station, unfounded.

2:01 pm: Domestic trouble, unfounded.

May 28

9:25 am: A pickup, driven by Mark Hillard, 32, Sand Creek, Mich., with passengers Brittany Hillard and Maxwell Hillard, less than one year, all of the same address, was stopped in the 200 block of N. Defiance St., waiting for a train to pass. Stopped behind him was a pickup driven by Kelsey Stamm, 43, rural Archbold. They collided. Stamm was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

10:57 am: Miscellaneous juvenile complaint, 900 block E. Lutz Road.

12:04 pm: Assist other police unit, contacted subject for Napoleon police, Fox Chase.

2:33 pm: Assist fire-rescue, 200 block Sylvanus St., false alarm.

5:21 pm: Parking violation, vehicle parked in grass, Ruihley Park, advised subject.

10:18 pm: Verbal warning, dog at large, 300 block Stryker St.

10:40 pm: Suspicious person, 100 block Vine St., unfounded.

May 29

1:28 am: Suspicious vehicle, 100 block Pleasant St.

6:08 pm: Dog in truck alone, Rite Aid, spoke with owner, all okay, engine running, windows down.

8:29 pm: Unruly juvenile, 800 block West St., spoke with youth.

10:14 pm: 911 hang-up, handled by Fulton County sheriff deputy, all okay.

May 30

12:59 pm: Vehicles driving fast, 200 block W. Williams St., unable to locate.

1:14 pm: Stop sign in alley down, Ditto St. at W. Williams St.

5:46 pm: Citation to Regina Garza, 34, seat belt violation, 500 block E. Lutz Rd.

6:55 pm: Assist fire-rescue, 200 block West St.

7 pm: Citation to Janet Scott, 70, Archbold, disobeying stop sign, Brussel St. at Union St.

7:35 pm: Citation to Amanda Morrison, 36, Archbold, disobeying stop sign, Ditto St. at W. Williams St.

9 pm: Neighborhood trouble, East Gardens, arrested one.

May 31

2:21 am: Prowlers, 301 DeGroff Ave., no one home when officers arrived.

2:48 pm: A car, driven by Brianna Lynn Mosgrove, 19, rural Archbold, with passenger Gabriel Stringer, 20, rural Archbold, was in the drive-thru line at Subway. Behind her was a pickup driven by Lester Spencer, 16, rural Fayette. Mosgrove began backing, and they collided. Mosgrove was found to be at fault for improper backing; Spencer was found to be at fault for following too closely.

11:40 pm: Assist fire-rescue, East Gardens.

June 1

1 am: Suspicious person, 300 block Murbach St., advised subject.

1:40 am: Assist fire-rescue, East Gardens.

11:07 am: Animal call, Theresa Taylor’s Dog Grooming.

11:37 am: Assist other police unit, Theresa Taylor’s Dog Grooming.

11:48 am: Miscellaneous juvenile complaint, 600 block N. Defiance St.

9:32 pm: A mini-pickup, owned by Edward Reyes, Archbold, was parked in the driveway at 504 West Street, when it caught fire. The fire was extinguished by Archbold police and Archbold fire units.

June 2

11:13 am: Threats and-or harassment, reported at police station, alleged victim did not want a report, only no contact from subject.

1:15 pm: Juvenile going into traffic, 1100 block S. Defiance St., unable to locate.

9:28 pm: Assist fire-rescue, Sauder Village.

June 3

6:48 am: Peace keep, 700 West Barre Rd.

8:01 am: Parking violation, parked in no-parking zone, Blue Streak Dr. at Park St.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police gave verbal warnings for disobeying a stop sign, a rolling stop, parking in front of a driveway, driving without headlights, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, and failure to use turn signals.
