Rufenacht, 20, 113 S. Defiance St., backed from his driveway to the east and south. Passenger in the Rufenacht vehicle was Amanda Rae Graber, 24, Archbold. They collided. Rufenacht was cited for violating laws for starting and backing.

Doehrmann, 84, rural Stryker, with passengers Orville Doehrmann, 84, same address, and Phyllis June Roth, 86, rural Archbold, backed out of a parking place at Wyse Commons. A second car, driven by Mary Ann Baumgartner, 77, Archbold, with passenger Norma V. Gorsuch, 94, Archbold, also backed out of a parking space. They collided.
4:26 pm: Fairlawn resident complained about treatment by staff; spoke to resident, Fairlawn officials, Fairlawn will handle matter internally.
