12:35 pm: Report of subject yelling obscenities at children, 400 block High Street; spoke to subject, advised against practice.

3:43 pm: A representative of the Tortilla Factory reported someone discarded a chair next to his dumpster; it would cost the restaurant extra money to have the chair removed.

March 25

8:45 pm: Citation to Cale Christopher Short, 17, Archbold, traffic signal, Franklin St. at Stryker St.

March 26

12:26 pm: Semi stopped in roadway, blocking traffic, Lincoln St. at South St., advised to move vehicle.

12:26 pm: Citation to Roger D. Nafziger, 59, Archbold, speeding, 400 block Ditto St.

2:15 pm: Dogs running and barking at people working on the sidewalk, advised owners.

2:43 pm: Commercial vehicle stopped on highway, no flashers; 400 block Stryker St., advised driver.

3:12 pm: Traffic stop, stop bar, S. Defiance St. at West Barre Rd., citation to Wendell S. Nofziger, 48, rural Archbold, seatbelt.

March 27

7:35 am: Theft from vehicle, 306 Union St.

7:45 am: Theft from vehicle, 210 Douglas St.

9:18 am: Mud on roadway, 100 block N. Defiance St., advised company.

4:21 pm: Pickup truck, driven by Emilio J. Gracia, 19, Archbold, going east in the 300 block of E. Holland St. A car, driven by Barbara A. Bernath, 49, Archbold, backing from private drive, about 253 feet east of High Street. They collided. Bernath cited.

11:27 pm: advised of traffic accident, 1400 block S. Defi- ance St., crash found to be in Henry County, turned over to Henry County Sheriff Department.

March 28

4:49 pm: Citation to Ricky A. Fisher, 55, rural Wauseon, failure to stop at railroad crossing when signals were flashing, N. Defiance St. Norfolk Southern crossing.

5:23 pm: S&S Express reported subject pumped $37.01 gas, and drove away without paying.

10:54 pm: Receiving stolen property, 400 block Park St.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold Police officers gave 20 verbal warnings for stop bar, speeding, traffic signal, one headlight, no taillights, failure to yield, expired registration, drive in marked lanes, left of center.
