MacDonald, 21, Archbold, was following the Kindinger vehicle. They collided. MacDonald cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police gave verbal warnings for obstructed view of license plate, speeding, failure to use turn signal, and driving with one headlight out.
