July 12

11:58 am: Report of farm tractor pulling implement struck mailbox owned by Dick Selgo, 60, 1706 S. Defiance St.; tractor operator will repair mailbox.

11:40 pm: Fireworks, 400 block S. Pleasant St.; advised subject of village ordinance and state law; subject advised he will be cited if there is another incident.

July 13

8:54 am: Report of threats and/or harassment, 100 block W. Barre Rd.

10:10 am: Traffic detail, 1200 block S. Defiance St., assisted Wounded Warriors motorcycle run.

2:10 pm: Assisted Henry Co. Sheriff Dept. with theft investigation, 100 block Garden Dr.

3:54 pm: Unwanted person, East Gardens.

8:05 pm: Drive-off, Circle K.

9:40 pm: Telecommunications harassment, 304 W. Lutz Rd.

10:10 pm: Report of lost wallet, wallet found.

July 14

1:54 am: Loud noise, 200 block E. Williams St., advised subject.

11:30 pm: Assisted dog warden.

July 15

10:03 am: Peace keep, 300 block W. Lutz Rd.

3:30 pm: Juvenile driving golf cart up and down North Pointe Park sledding hill, verbal warning.

3:42 pm: A crossover-type vehicle, owned by Robert W. Bevelhymer, rural Liberty Center, was parked in a parking space at the Sauder Woodworking Myers Road Plant. An SUV, driven by Janet Ziegler, 56, rural Bryan, was pulling into the space next to the crossover. They collided.

6:55 pm: Disabled vehicle, 100 block Taylor Parkway, vehicle will be moved in the morning.

7:45 am: Trash left at curb too early, 1900 block S. Defi- ance St.; persons to contact refuse service for pickup.

8:53 pm: Persons on roof, 100 block Depot St.

July 16

2:57 am: Found dog, 100 block S. Defiance St., returned to owner.

1 pm: Bicycle accident, Circle K parking lot, juvenile suffered minor injuries, contacted parent.

2:41 pm: Larceny, Bil- Jax.

3:16 pm: Attempted to serve felony warrant, 700 block Stryker St, unable to locate person.

3:19 pm: Assisted fire-rescue, 2 Monterey Ct.

9:24 pm: Narcotics investigation, Colony Meadows.

July 17

12:08 am: Report of loud noise coming from vehicle, East Gardens, vehicle gone when officer arrived.

9:24 am: Crash, property damage, Circle K.

5:15 pm: Arrested Frank Covarrubias, Archbold, on felony warrant at Colony Meadows Trailer Court.

July 18

8:35 am: Found cell phone returned to owner.

5:48 pm: Citation to Jamie Seel, 21, Napoleon, for driving around railroad gate, N. Defiance St. Norfolk Southern crossing.

11:36 pm: Found debitcredit card, 400 block E. Lutz Rd.

July 19

7:57 am: Found debit and credit card, 400 block Clover Ln.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police gave verbal warnings for driving the wrong way on a one-way street, no headlights, driving with one headlight, stop bar violation, stop sign violation, speeding, failure to yield, failure to use turn signals, disobeying a traffic signal, and improper registration.
