June 21

11:55 am: Citation to John Cook, 58, Sylvania, for crossing railroad tracks while lights and gates were activated.

4:10 pm: Citation to Melanie Nofziger, 35, Styrker, speeding, 200 block Lafayette St.

5 pm: Loose dog, 300 block Ditto St., person warned.

10:21 pm: Barking dog, owner was called home to quiet dog, advised owner of ordinance.

11:54 pm: Juvenile locked out of house, 200 block Brussel St., subject contacted stepfather, all okay.

June 22

12:58 am: Loud vehicle, Colony Meadows, vehicle gone when officer arrived.

3:27 am: Assist fire-rescue in parking lot, Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center.

5:10 pm: A car, driven by Selena Valadez, 17, Archbold, was traveling east on W. Williams St. A second car, driven by Heather Ruth Riley, 25, Pettisville, with passengers Carson Riley, 4, and Meadow Riley, 2, same address, was parked in the parking area on the south side of the road. H. Riley backed and collided with the Valadez auto. Riley was cited for improper backing; Valadez was cited for driving without a license.

June 23

12:13 am: Barking dog, 200 block Christine Dr., advised subject to keep dog inside while gone.

5:21 pm: Checked on small children in black truck, 400 block Brussel St., all okay.

7:47 pm: Assault report, 700 West Barre Rd.

June 24

2:02 pm: Domestic trouble, 300 block Union St.

2:50 pm: 911 hang-up, Colony Meadows, unfounded.

3:17 pm: 911 hang-up, Colony Meadows, advised subject.

4:49 pm: Vandalism, Colony Meadows.

8:20 pm: Cars parked in grass, Ruihley Park, cars moved.

9:09 pm: Citation to Olivia Sommer, 17, Archbold, disobeying a stop sign, 300 block E. Holland St.

10:15 pm: Domestic trouble, 200 block S. Lincoln St.

June 25

3:10 am: Suspicious vehicle, Co. Rd. 24 south of Nolan Parkway, person sleeping in vehicle, advised to find safer place.

1:22 pm: Advised nineyear old not to ride bicycle on downtown sidewalk.

2:31 pm: Drive-off, Circle K.

5:39 pm: Attempted Internet scam, 508 Walnut St.

9:59 am: Wires down, Nu- Arch Lanes building, notified telephone company.

1:11 pm: Citation for overtime parking, 100 block N. Defiance St.

1:16 pm: Citation for overtime parking, 200 block N. Defiance St.

1:30 pm: Disabled vehicle, 100 block E. Holland St.

3 pm: 911 hang-up, Arrow Tru-Line.

7:20 pm: Telephone harassment, 501 N. Defiance St.

10:45 pm: Citation to Kaleigh Hug, 19, Defiance, speeding, 500 block Lafayette St.

June 27

6:12 pm: Subject dead on arrival, Fairlawn apartments.

7:48 am: 911 hang-up, 300 block North St., unfounded.

10 am: Loose pit bull dog, S. Lincoln St. at Union St., advised owner.

June 28

2:55 am: Loud music, 700 block Stryker St., music turned off when officer arrived, person advised.

Note: During the preceding week, police gave verbal warnings for no taillights, and no headlights.
