Nov. 20

11:59 am: Traffic complaint, elderly person, 700 block E. Lutz Rd., parked at Fairlawn Haven.

2:09 pm: Circle K driveoff, subject prepaid for $1.75 worth of gas, then pumped $5 worth and drove off.

2:25 pm: A minivan, driven by Cynthia L. Kidd, 45, rural Pettisville, with passenger James Kidd, 39, same address, was stopped in the Sauder Woodworking parking lot at 801 West Barre Rd. A second minivan driven by Gregory M. Smith, 58, Maumee, owned by Xerox Corporation, Maumee, was backing and collided with the Kidd minivan.

3:12 pm: Report of narcotics, 100 block S. Lincoln St.

4:43 pm: Disabled vehicle, 700 block E. Lutz Rd., person will move vehicle.

9:50 pm: Juvenile complaint, 100 block Rosewood Ct.

10:25 pm: Missing person report, 200 block West St., person later returned home.

Nov. 21

11:55 am: Subject found dog, 100 block Elm St., returned to owner.

4:40 pm: Subject found envelope on sidewalk containing cash; envelope placed in evidence locker for safekeeping.

5:42 pm: Theft, 18 Miller Ave.

5:37 pm: Vandalism, Holland Court apartments.

6:30 am: Theft, East Gardens.

11:20 am: Civil problem, Holland Court apartments.

1:09 pm: Person locked out of vehicle at Friendship Food Mart, child and keys inside; unlocked auto.

10:56 pm: Telephone harassment

3:10 am: Suspicious person,

100 block N. Defiance St., gone when officer arrived.

8:10 am: Tree down in 400 block Hawthorn Dr., advised street department.

1:15 pm: Person turned in purse found near Waldron, Mich.; owner lives in Archbold. Owner claimed purse.

5:37 pm: Parade watcher blocking traffic, Stamm St. at Walnut St., vehicle moved.

7:58 pm: Homeless person, 300 block West Barre Rd.

Nov. 24

12:34 am: Traffic stop, verbal warning for misuse of turn signal, citations issued to Daniel J. Smith, 29, Archbold, DUI, no seatbelt, no operator license, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

3 am: Checked welfare of person, 100 block South St.

6:52 am: Delivered emergency message, 104 South St.

12:40 pm: Assault report, 116 S. Defiance St.

8:15 pm: Person receiving strange text message, wanted officers aware of message.

10:45 pm: Barking dog complaint, 100 block Monumental St., advised owner.

11:50 pm: Person with a knife, 200 block S. Defiance St.; intoxicated subject, knife taken away prior to officer’s arrival; no charges filed.

Nov. 25

Noon: Suspicious person, McDonald’s, got a ride home.

5:25 pm: Peace keep, East Gardens.

6:35 pm: Identity theft, Fox Chase.

10 pm: Telephone complaints, 400 block North Pointe Dr.

11:54 pm: Domestic trouble, East Gardens.

Nov. 26

3:34 am: Drive-off, Circle K. 2:20 pm: A car, driven by Benjamin D. Rodriguez, 32, rural Hamler, was traveling north in the East Gardens parking lot. A second car, driven by Peggy A. Palmer, 63, Archbold, was backing. They collided.

1:28 pm: Deer with antlers caught in perimeter fence at Con Agra; animal claimed by hunter, who then shot the deer.

4:05 pm: Animal complaint, 100 block Bankey Ave.

4:35 pm: Civil problem, East Gardens.

10:29 am: Road block, 100 block Monumental St., truck making delivery.

1:20 pm: Assist Archbold Rescue at McDonald’s.

5:55 pm: Auto crash, 300 block W. Lutz Rd.

6:10 pm: Disabled vehicle, McDonald’s, person needed jump start, bystander assisted.

6:30 pm: Damage discovered from previous crash.

7:13 pm: 911 hang-up, 100 block Pleasant St., child playing with phone.

Nov. 29

12:02 am: Domestic trouble, 200 block S. Defiance St.

8:45 am: Recovered stolen car, 1000 block E. Lutz Rd., for Delta police.

10 pm: Vandalism report, 402 S. Defiance St.

11:06 pm: Domestic trouble, 200 block S. Defiance St.

Note: During this time period, Archbold police gave verbal warnings for no taillights, driving with one headlight out, and disobeying a stop sign.
