Sept. 28

9:48 am: Suspicious person vehicle, 200 block W. Williams St., checked, all okay.

1:26 pm: Disabled semi, 900 block Stryker St., towed.

2 pm: A representative of Archbold Parks & Recreation found a plastic bag containing green vegetative substance, possibly marijuana; placed in evidence.

Sept. 29

9:11 am: Suspicious vehicle person, 100 block North Pointe, gone when officer arrived.

4:15 pm: Railroad gates malfunction, Defiance St. crossing, Norfolk Southern advised.

5:24 pm: Peace keep, East Gardens.

8:48 pm: Telecommunications harassment, East Gardens.

Sept. 30

11:48 am: Vandalism to vehicle, 402 S. Defiance St.

12:21 pm: Vandalism, 301 Ditto St.

12:50 pm: Peace keep, occurred in county, turned over to Fulton County Sheriff Department.

3:58 pm: Peace keep, East Gardens.

6:59 pm: Peace keep, 200 block La Choy Dr.

Oct. 1

9 am: Archbold school bus driver reported her bus was stopped in the 1900 block S. Defiance St. with its lights flashing, when a maroon Oldsmobile, driven by a woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, passed the bus. Unable to locate. Incident occurred between 7:49 and 8 am.

9:46 am: Person found cell phone at the intersection of Pleasant St. and W. Mechanic St., turned over to police; owner claimed phone.

11:40 am: Report of suspicious person crouched in weeds, 2000 block S. Defi- ance St., unable to locate.

12:29 pm: A representative of Northwest Products reported $10 of a consumer’s money was stolen.

Oct. 2

1:03 am: Civil problem between renter and landlord, 300 block Ditto St.

5:31 pm: Citation to Jacob Fleischman, 18, Archbold, no front license plate and seat belt violation, 2000 block S. Defiance St.

8:30 pm: Arrested Cynthia Holifield on misdemeanor warrant, East Gardens.

10 pm: Traffic crash, Circle K.

Oct. 3

1:23 am: Loud noise, Fox Chase, advised subject.

11:50 am: Report of dog hanging, 200 block S. Defi- ance St., unfounded; dog alive and well.

9:45 am: Larceny, Fox Chase.

9:19 am: Arrest Daniel Smith on traffic warrant, 113 Pleasant St.

Oct. 4

5:21 am: Suspicious person, 1700 block S. Defiance St., subject dropping off parts.

7:50 am: Report of vehicle running school bus lights, 2200 block S. Defiance St.

Oct. 5

3:38 am: Unwanted person, East Gardens, subject knocking on windows and yelling, unable to locate.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police offi cers gave verbal warnings for driving with one headlight out, riding an ATV on roadway, driving without headlights, driving with one taillight, and expired registration.
