Sept. 7

2:45 pm: Peace keep, 500 block West St.

3:39 pm: Report of assault involving juveniles, East Gardens.

5:56 pm: Verbal warnings for parking violations, 300 block Vine St.

10:25 pm: A car, driven by Luke Edward Shannon, 17, Ada, Mich., with passengers Kyle Thomas Shannon, 19, same Ada address, and Devon Shannon, 17, Archbold, was traveling north on St. Rt. 66 and was stopped in traffic. A car, driven by Tori E. Williams, 19, Archbold, was traveling north behind the Shannon vehicle. They collided about 198 feet south of West Barre Rd. Williams was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead. No injuries.

11:51 pm: Barking dog, 400 block S. Lincoln St., gone when officer arrived.

Sept. 8

1:35 am: Noise complaint, 400 block S. Pleasant St, warned subjects.

2:20 am: A car, owned by Robert Garcia, Stryker, was parked at Nu-Arch Lanes, and was struck in the driver side door by an unknown vehicle which left the scene.

9:20 am: 911 hang-up, 1200 block S. Defiance St., all okay.

10:35 am: Barking dog, 400 block S. Lincoln St., spoke to person.

2:10 pm: Checked vacated rental property with owner, 400 block Brussel St.

Sept. 9

1:13 am: Intoxicated subject, 800 block N. Defiance St., person lost, transported to Sauder Heritage Inn.

8:51 pm: Possible domestic trouble, 800 block West St., all okay.

Sept. 10

6:26 am: Burglary, Archbold Dental Clinic.

9:22 am: Report of harassment via social media.

10:36 am: Assist Archbold Fire-Rescue, 500 block Cardinal Dr.

6:30 pm: Domestic, East Gardens.

9:30 pm: Suspicious person, 200 block E. Williams St., gone when officer arrived.

Sept. 11

8:43 pm: Traffic stop, citation issued to Douglas Cousino, 27, Toledo, for operating a bicycle while under the influence, 100 block S. Defi- ance St.

8:41 pm: Vandalism report; person found a condom (unused) on his doorknob, East Gardens.

Sept. 12

9:15 am: Runaway juvenile, 100 block S. Defiance St.

12:15 pm: A car, driven by Carolyn J. Fidler, 78, Archbold, was traveling south in the 100 block of Ditto St., about 162 feet north of Stryker St. A pickup truck driven by Kevin D. Short, 46, Stryker, was driving out of a village-owned parking lot. They collided. Short was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way. No injuries.

7:14 pm: Fire, caused by arson, 205 Middle St., juvenile taken into custody, placed under house arrest.

Sept. 13

7:45 am: Theft of bicycle, 800 block West St.

9:32 am: Theft from vehicle, 121 Garden Dr.

10:30 am: Stolen car, 703 N. Defiance St.

12:11 pm: Theft of air conditioners, Fox Chase.

2:20 pm: Drive-off, Main Stop, subject returned and paid for fuel.

12:59 pm: Unwanted person, Archbold Villas, spoke to subject.

7:05 pm: Report of fight about to start, East Gardens, unfounded, but observed subject wanted on warrant from Lucas County. Arrested subject, transported to Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

8:15 pm: Miscellaneous complaint, East Gardens.

Sept. 14

6:32 am: 911 hang-up, Fox Chase, all okay.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police gave verbal warnings for speeding, and driving without taillights.
