June 22

10:30 am: Accident, Co. Rd. 24 at Stryker St., turned over to Ohio State Highway Patrol.

1:05 pm: Vandalism, 102 Wilson St.

1:33 pm: Found license plate.

3:03 pm: Drive-off, Archbold Main Stop, subject returned and paid for fuel.

5:13 pm: Arrested Maurice Peddicord on felony warrant from Napoleon, 801 West Barre Rd.

6:29 pm: Child custody dispute, East Gardens, issue resolved.

June 23

12:10 am: Assisted Fulton County Sheriff deputies with warrant service.

11:50 am: Red-tailed hawk chick fell from tree, 200 block W. Williams St., game warden took care of bird.

5:06 pm: Criminal damaging, 203 S. Lincoln St.

10:15 pm: Loud truck complaint, 100 block Rosewood Ct., unfounded.

June 24

8:56 am: Theft, 104 Rosewood Ct.

2:50 pm: Drive-off, Archbold Main Stop, subject pumped $44.90 in gas and drove off without paying.

4:10 pm: Theft of money, property, Archbold Swimming Pool.

4:55 pm: Dog locked in vehicle, 900 block S. Defiance St., windows down, dog had fresh water, all okay.

5:01 pm: Report of fireworks, 100 block Dogwood Ct., unable to locate.

5:26 pm: Subject using firecrackers, 400 block S. Street, advised subject of complaint.

8:10 pm: Delivered emergency message, 600 block Brussel St.

9:45 pm: Loud noise complaint, 100 block Rosewood Ct., unfounded.

June 25

9:25 pm: Found bag containing misc. clothes and phone, 200 block W. Williams St.

2:18 pm: A semi, driven by Alexander L. Little, 25, Fort Worth, Texas, owned by FFE Transportation Service, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, was traveling east on Stryker St., and attempted to turn right on N. Defiance St. As Little made his turn, the trailer struck a road closed sign, which became stuck on the trailer. It was removed by a passerby, and the Little vehicle left the scene. No citation.

4:15 pm: Report of threats, 400 block S. Defiance St., under investigation.

9:09 pm: Domestic dispute, 500 block West St., parties separated for night.

10:25 pm: Neighborhood trouble, 200 block S. Defi- ance St., subjects advised to stay away from one another and stop posting things about the other on social networking site.

June 26

5:25 am: Waterline break, 100 block Miller Ave., advised water treatment plant.

9:05 am: Report of traffic signal not working, Franklin St. at Stryker St., light functioning properly.

10 pm: Neighbor trouble, East Gardens.

June 27

1:59 am: Report of gunshots or fireworks, Linden Ln.

1:40 pm: A car, driven by Deborah Shinabery, 57, Archbold, was traveling east in the 100 block of W. Lugbill Rd. A second car, driven by Nichole K. Buehrer, 19, rural Archbold, was pulling out of a driveway access and collided with the Shinabery auto. No injuries; Buehrer was cited for failure to yield right-of-way.

4:20 pm: Summons served, Mom’s Diner.

June 28

12:29 pm: Road closed sign at intersection of N. Defiance St and Stryker St. knocked over, sand bags damaged; damage possibly done by semi, which left the scene.

12:50 pm: Auto accident, Fairlawn Haven.

1:21 pm: Report of someone trying to break into home, 710 N. Defiance St.

3:34 pm: Citation issued to Brittany Fryman, 20, rural Archbold, speeding, 300 block Miller Ave.

3:26 pm: Paint on roadway, 200 block S. Defiance St.

7:11 pm: Disorderly conduct, 400 block Ditto St.

June 29

6:50 am: Mulch smoldering next to drive-through lane, Farmers & Merchants State Bank, poured water on problem area.

8:10 am: Possible transformer problem, 200 block S. Defiance.

Note: During the previous week, Archbold police offi cers gave verbal warnings for driving with a headlight out, driving around railroad gates, no front license plate, and illegal passing.
