March 9

11:59 am: Lost cell phone, 200 block Union St.

2:45 pm: A sport-utility, driven by Khamvilay Sengphradeth, 48, rural Archbold, was traveling north on North Defiance Street, pulling a car dolly. The dolly came off the hitch, remaining attached to the vehicle by a safety chain. The tongue of the car dolly struck the rear of the SUV at the intersection of N. Defiance St. and Lutz Rd.

March 10

6:40 am: Domestic dispute, Colony Meadows.

10:45 pm: Check welfare of individual, 500 block West St., turned over to Archbold Rescue.

10:45 pm: Assist Archbold Rescue, Ringenberg Dr.

March 11

5:29 am: Loud noise, 400 block Stamm St., no answer.

12:04 pm: Dog got off leash, 600 block S. Lincoln St., returned to owner.

11:28 pm: Report of stolen vehicle, investigation revealed not stolen, involved in civil issue.

March 12

1:50 pm: A semi truck, driven by Edmund Goedde, 54, rural Walbridge, owned by Estes Express Lines, Morrisville, N.C., was pulling from parking space at McDonald’s truck parking lot. Goedde’s semi collided with a parked semi driven by Jack E. Greenler, 45, Indianapolis, owned by Celdan Trucking Services., Columbus, Ind.

3:03 pm: Boat on trailer, parked in road with wheels off trailer, 100 block Quail Run, subject advised he could not park vehicle without wheels on roadway.

March 13

1:21 am: Subjects yelling and being loud, Woodlawn Park, advised to leave.

7:06 am: Auto accident, N. Clyde’s Way.

5:10 pm: Civil problem, Fox Chase.

10:30 pm: A pickup truck, owned by Nicholas J. Rice, Archbold, was parked in the 200 block of North St., on south side of street. A van, driven by Ruby A. Guillen, 38, Archbold, was backing from a private drive and hit the pickup. Guillen cited for improper backing.

March 14

12:24 pm: Funeral detail, N. Defiance St. at Church St.

3:26 pm: A car, owned by George Tong, 404 1/2 S. Defiance St., was parked on north side of Elm St., facing west. A car, driven by Jennifer E. Sommer, 36, Archbold, wasbacking from a private drive, and hit the parked car. Sommer cited for improper backing.

3:43 pm: Served court papers, 400 block S. Defiance St.

3:43 pm: Missing juvenile, 400 block S. Pleasant St., juvenile located.

7:12 pm: Found debit card, 500 block Stryker St., returned to owner.

7:44 pm: Assault, Northwest Products.

9:30 pm: Phone harassment, Fox Chase.

March 15

1:38 am: Homeless woman found in bathroom, Ruihley Park, got in touch with Open Door, Delta.

5:50 am: Dog running at large, 200 block Willow Way, took to kennel, notified dog warden.

6:50 am: Bad check, Archbold Main Stop.

4 pm: Fight, Ruihley Park.

March 16

7:01 am: Theft, 402 S. Defi ance St., Apt. B.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police offi cers gave verbal warnings for no lights, disobeying a stop sign, failure to display license plate, and littering.
