Dec. 9

8:40 am: Found bicycle, 100 block Park St., placed in storage building.

5:07 pm: Male entering women’s restroom, Ruihley Park, gone when officer arrived.

7:38 pm: Citation issued for parking in a handicapped space, Archbold High School. Dec. 10

8:26 am: Car door standing open, 200 block Brussel St., spoke to owner, all okay.

4:15 pm: Assisted Archbold Fire Department, 500 block Jackson St.

4:48 pm: A minivan, driven by Carol S. Miller, 70, Defiance, with passengers Robert C. Miller, 71, same address, Mary L. Harrell, 84, Kokomo, Ind., and Kenneth E. Erwin, 88, Holgate, was traveling north on North Defiance Street, and was stopped in traffic. A car, driven by Jacob M. Fleischmann, 17, Archbold, was traveling behind the minivan. They collided. Fleischmann was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

9:20 pm Telephone harassment, occurred in Hilliard, referred to Hillard police. Dec. 11

2:45 am: Donald Trevino, 205 Bankey St., reported an exterior garage door opener control was damaged at his residence sometime between 1:30 and 2:40 am.

11:49 am: 911 hang-up, Hawthorn Dr., appeared there was no one home.

2 pm: 911 hang-up, 500 block Ditto St., phone trouble. Dec. 12

10:08 am: Report of sex offense involving juveniles.

10:30 am: Served legal papers to subject at Archbold Police Station for Maumee police.

11:40 am: Spoke to juvenile about being nice to others, Archbold Elementary School.

12:10 pm: A representative of Archbold Main Stop reported a white male driving a silver Chevrolet with Pennsylvania plates pumped $12.63 worth of gasoline, and after making several other purchases inside the store, drove away without paying for fuel. Dec. 13

9:10 am: Criminal damaging, 1101 Lindau St.

10:54 pm: Traffic stop, verbal warning for headlight out, 100 block West Holland St; citation to Samuel Rodriguez, 53, Downey, Calif., arrested on warrant. Dec. 14

1:41 am: Served legal papers at East Gardens.

7:02 am: A car, driven by William T. Conner, 34, Archbold, was stopped in an aisle of the Sauder Woodworking Myers Road plant parking lot, when an unknown white vehicle backed from a parking space and collided with the Conner auto. The unknown vehicle left the scene.

3:49 pm: Loose dog, 500 block S. Defiance St., turned over to Savvy Dog, claimed by owner. Dec. 15

10:16 am: Telephone harassment, 1103 S. Defiance St.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police offi cers issued a verbal warning for speeding.
