7:37 pm: Domestic violence, 208 S. Defiance St.

Oct. 4

1:35 pm: Loose dog, 100 block Willow Way, returned to owner.

3:20 pm: Citation to Mindi R. Leatherman, 35, rural Archbold, passing a stopped school bus with its lights flashing, 200 block W. Barre Rd.

Oct. 5

6 pm: loose dog, 100 block E. Beech St., located owner.

6:50 pm: Kitten stuck in truck wheel well, 400 block E. Lutz Rd., removed kitten, gave to owner of truck.

Oct. 6

2:42 pm: Theft, 105 1/2 West St.

Oct. 7

6:30 am: assisted motorist with disabled vehicle, Co. Rd. 24 at W. Lutz Rd.

5:31 pm: Found purse, Circle K, released to friend of owner.

Oct. 8

11:30 am: Golf cart on sidewalk, 100 block N. Defi- ance St., advised subject of Ohio motor laws barring golf carts from streets and sidewalks, subject camping at Sauder Village, had subject return cart to campground.

Oct. 9

7:45 pm: Assault report, no charges filed.

9:42 pm: Traffic stop, 100 block E. Mechanic St., verbal warning for playing loud music in vehicle.

Oct. 10

7:25 am: Assault report, Colony Meadows.

During the preceding week, Archbold police offi cers gave verbal warnings for speeding, expired plates, driving with one headlight, failure to yield, and driving with no lights.
