2:15 pm: Missing juvenile, East Gardens, subject located.

5:35 pm: Bicycle rider in roadway, 100 block S. Defi- ance St., advised to use bike path.

5:40 pm: Traffic stop, 100 block N. Defiance St., no helmet or eye protection on juvenile motorcycle passenger, mother took subject home.

8:36 pm: Citation to Sharon L. Barton, 46, Archbold, expired registration, 100 block W. Barre Rd.

9:15 am: Parking citation to Shane Snyder, 35, Toledo, parking the wrong direction, 100 block E. Holland St.

8:36 pm: Vandalism, Garden Dr.

Aug. 19

12:08 pm: Theft of laptop computer, Archbold Evangelical Church.

1:30 pm: Parking violation, 300 block W. Holland St., advised driver.

2:47 pm: Juveniles playing on top of car, spoke with youngsters, ages 8 and 6.

4:19 pm: Parking violation, vehicle blocking alley north of Union St. between Brussel and West streets, advised subject to move vehicle.

11:02 pm: Parking violation, ConAgra, semi parked in receiving lane, advised driver to move truck.

11:21 pm: Loud party, Colony Meadows, subjects inside when officer arrived, advised subjects to keep it down.

11:33 pm: Parking violation, no overnight parking, ConAgra, advised subject to move.

9:41 pm: Unruly juvenile, Colony Meadows.

Aug. 21

1:02 am: Fight report, Circle K.

5:04 pm: A car driven by Jeffry A. Weber, 52, Defi- ance, was traveling west on West Barre Rd., approaching West St., while a minivan driven by Jenny C. Covarrubias, 21, Archbold, was traveling north on West St., and stopped at the West Barre Rd. intersection. Passengers in the minivan were Anylah C. Covarrubias, 1, same address, and Anthony J. Covarrubias, 15, Archbold. The minivan attempted to cross West Barre Rd., and the two vehicles collided. Jenny Covarrubias was cited for failure to yield right-of-way, no seat belt, and failure to require minor child to wear a seat belt.

Note:
During the preceding week, Archbold police offi cers gave verbal warnings for a stop sign violation and speeding. A verbal warning was also issued to a bicycle rider for disobeying traffic signals.
