July 11

9:24 pm: Traffic stop, verbal warning for improper lane use, citation issued to Thomas R. Tressler, 38, Defi ance, for no seat belt, 100 block Depot St.

10:15 pm: Eggs thrown at vehicle, East Gardens, made nine-year-old wash egg off vehicle, with victim’s approval.

July 12

8:13 am: Breaking-entering, 120 Garden Dr.

5 pm: Vandalism, 42 Willow Way.

9:19 pm: Disorderly conduct, East Gardens.

10:17 pm: Citation to Jon E. Kreiner, 33, rural Archbold, for disobeying traffic signal, N. Defiance St. at Stryker St.

11:41 pm: Domestic dispute, East Gardens.

July 13

10:35 am: Vandalism, East Gardens.

11:30 am: Vehicle speeding, 100 block Schlatter St., spoke to subject.

1:50 pm: A car owned by Guillermo G. Tijerina, Archbold, was parked in the Mennonite Mutual Aid Association parking lot. A mini-pickup truck driven by Justin R. Balser, 27, Archbold, was backing out of the parking lot and struck the parked vehicle.

6:28 pm: Assisted fire department, 800 block Ringenberg Dr.

July 14

7:43 am, Theft from vehicle, 215 Douglas Dr.

9:04 am: Theft from vehicle, 302 Buckeye St.

10:45 am: Suspicious person near vehicle, 901 Walnut St.

12:15 pm: Theft from vehicle, 200 block DeGroff Ave.

4:45 pm: Suspicious activity, 900 block Walnut St.

6:58 pm: Suspicious activity, 210 La Choy Dr.

8:38 pm: Subject burning furniture, 900 block W. Barre Rd., advised not to burn rubbish.

July 15

4:19 am: 911 hang-up call, East Gardens, all okay.

3:50 pm: Loose dog found, captured.

4:45 pm: Subject shooting gun that fires foam pellets, 200 block Wilson St., advised to stop.

6:30 pm: Civil matter, East Gardens.

7:04 pm: Subject wanted on warrants surrendered, taken into custody, turned over to Fulton County Sheriff Department.

July 16

12:43 pm: Report of sheet of plywood with nails in roadway, 1500 block S. Defi ance Street, removed plywood, notified street department.

2:10 pm: Jaclyn B. Richer, rural Archbold, was driving a car north on S. Defiance St., and was stopped in traffi c. A pickup truck driven by Theresa Taylor, 54, rural Bryan, was traveling north behind the Richer auto. They collided. Taylor was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

July 17

12:28 am: Loud music, 600 block Park St., advised to turn it down.

(Note:
During the preceding week, Archbold police offi cers gave verbal warnings for no lights, failure to yield, and railroad gates coming down on a trailer.)
