Jan. 3

12:06 am: Citation to Nathaniel D. Gericke, 34, Archbold, disobeying a stop sign, Ditto St. at W. Holland St.

Jan. 4

8:34 pm: A car driven by Hanna M. Rosales, 20, Archbold, was backing at the Circle K and collided with a car parked at the gas pumps owned by Braydon J. Meck, rural Archbold.

Jan. 5

8:14 am: A pickup truck driven by Richelle L. Zimmerman, 35, Archbold, with passengers Justice S. Zimmerman, 14, and Koltin L. Zimmerman, 13, same address, was traveling south on N. Defiance St., and attempted to turn right onto Stryker St. She struck the bell bollard at the intersection. R. Zimmerman was cited for violating rules for turning at intersectionsright turn.

3:30 pm: Citation to Thomas E. Heckel, 56, Stryker, disobeying a traffic signal, Franklin St. at Stryker St.

Jan. 6

9:24 am: A semi driven by Edward L. Hinton, 55, Belleville, Ill., attempted to turn right on Stryker St. The wheels went over the bell bollard, damaging the trailer and the lighted bollard. Hinton was cited for violating rules for turning at intersections-right turn.

11 pm: Domestic dispute, 100 block Schlatter St.

Jan. 7

7:45 am: Citation to Trudy Short, 64, rural Stryker, for disobeying a traffic signal, N. Defiance St at E. Lutz Rd.

11:30 am: Traffic control for Toledo Edison crew while changing a light, 800 block N. Defiance St.

12:38 pm: Traffic stop, verbal warning to driver for traffic signal violation, vehicle owned by Mory Yandel, Wauseon, towed, and license plates seized by order of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

3:45 pm: Theft, 412 W. Barre Rd.

4:05 pm: A car driven by Andre E. Lavia, 39, Archbold, was stopped in traffic about 197 feet north of Miller Ave. A sport-utility driven by Xiang Hui Gao, 23, Archbold, was traveling behind Lavia. The two vehicles collided. Gao was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.

10:30 pm: Barking dog, 100 block Willow Way, call cancelled.

7:04 am: Drive-off, Circle K, subject returned and paid.

During the previous week, Archbold police officers gave verbal warnings for speeding, improper lane use, and failure to obey a traffic control device.
