Two Archbold men received prison terms in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Tuesday, Jan. 25.
Bobby A. Rodriguez, 19, was sentenced to six months in prison after he pled guilty to vandalism. Scott Haselman, county prosecuting attorney, said in a press release Rodriguez caused serious physical harm to an occupied structure on Oct. 17, 2010.
Rodriguez will serve the six months concurrently with a seven-month sentence the court imposed from a 2009 felony breaking and entering case.
He was also ordered to pay $5,277.57 in restitution, prosecution costs, court-appointed attorney costs, and any other fees.
He was also ordered to have no contact with the victims.

Haselman said Szczepanski stole a credit card on Dec. 4, 2010.
Szczepanski was also ordered to pay restitution, prosecution costs, court-appointed attorney costs, plus any other fees.
