Archbold Men Among Those Indicted May 19





Todd B. Plassman, Jr., 20, and Michael A. Garcia, 24, Archbold, were indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury, Monday, May 19. They were among several persons charged with crimes in Fulton County. Two of those indicted were covered in a separate news article.

Plassman was indicted on one count each breaking and entering, safecracking, theft, and escape. The indictments alleged that on Wednesday, April 23, he broke into an unoccupied structure, tampered with a safe, and stole checks; he then proceeded to flee from officers.

Garcia was indicted on a single count of possession of marijuana. Allegedly, on Friday, May 16, he was in possession of more than 200 grams (about seven ounces) of marijuana.

Others indicted:

•Jeremy W. Szczepanski, 21, Wauseon; indicted one count each, gross sexual imposition, aggravated menacing; allegedly on April 19, had sexual contact with another; purposely compelled that person to submit by force or threat of force; also indicted on one count, grand theft; allegedly, on same date, stole property valued at more than $5,000.

•Raymond D. Rhodes, Jr., 26, rural Wauseon; indicted one count each trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; allegedly on May 16, sold more than 200 grams of marijuana, and was in possession of drug instruments.

•Bryan K. Kidd, 19, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, safecracking and theft; allegedly on April 29, tampered with a safe, stole several coins.

•David W. Taylor, 20, Wauseon; indicted on one count each breaking and entering, safecracking, and theft; allegedly on April 23, broke into an unoccupied structure, tampered with a safe, and stole checks.

•Ryan W. Gleckler, 23, Lyons; indicted on two counts theft, one count burglary; allegedly on May 7, broke into an occupied structure, stole blank checks.

•James Edward Harris, 21, and Christopher Mason, 23, both of Toledo; each indicted on one count burglary; allegedly on Jan. 25, 2006, broke into a Swanton home with intent to commit a criminal offense.

•Mirissa L. Corthell, 21, Swanton; indicted one count, receiving stolen property; allegedly on April 22, was in possession of stolen property valued at more than $5,000.

•William J. Brewer, 39, Monclova; indicted on one count identity fraud; allegedly on March 14, used personal information of another to present himself as the other person.

•Fidel Castillo, 49, Toledo; indicted on one count identity fraud; allegedly on May 29, 2007, used personal information of another to present himself as the other person, and incurred legal obligation of more than $500.

•Lara L. Thoma, 22, Holland; indicted on one count identity fraud; allegedly on Aug. 20, 2007, used personal information of another to present himself as the other person.

•Stacey M. Kluge, 28, Bryan, indicted on one count, use of deception to obtain dangerous drugs; allegedly on Aug. 24- 26, 2006, obtained Demerol, a prescription pain killer and controlled substance, by deception.

•Joaquin Tovar III, 29, Toledo; indicted on one count possession of drugs; allegedly on April 25, was in possession of Oyxcodone, a prescription pain killer and controlled substance.

The following individuals were all indicted on charges of non-support of dependents. The listings are as follows; name, town of residence, number of counts, arrearage:

•Hector J. Buentello, 34, Arlington, Texas, 10 counts, more than $11,164; indictment contains specification alleging Buentello previously convicted of the same offense in 2000 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

•Christopher P. Demaline, 29, Swanton: four counts; more than $9,476.

•Alexander J. Foster, 30, Swanton, five counts, more than $8,422.

•Timothy E. Muir, 43, Whitehouse: two counts; more than $7,800; indictment includes specification alleging Muir was previously convicted of the same offense in 2003 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

•Matthew K. Cooper, 36, Wauseon: six counts, more than $7,312.

•William D. Blaine, 35, Toledo: six counts, more than $6,888; indictment includes specification Blaine was allegedly convicted of the same offense in 2001 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

•Sean D. Munger, 23, Colorado Springs, Colo.: more than $6,721.

•Miles Sanford, 51, Pepperell, Mass.: more than $6,721.

•Jeffery A. Bose, 38, Toledo: six counts, more than $4,944.

•Jason L. Pontious, 34, Wauseon: three counts, more than $4,500.

•Billy J. Rogers, 39, Delta: three counts, more than $4,240.

•Richard A. Bailey, 29, Toledo: two counts, more than $3,410.

•Christopher L. Hutchinson, 33, Oregon: six counts, more than $3,324; indictment contains specification alleging Hutchinson was previously convicted of the same offense in 1999 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

•Jacob Ricker, 35, Winder, Ga.: one count, more than $2,333; indictment contains specification alleging Ricker was previously convicted of the same offense in 2004 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
