Richard J. Manz, 38, Archbold, told police at 4:58 pm on Saturday, March 17, he had received 15 telephone calls in the last 20 minutes.
He said the calls were not wanted, and the caller left a message saying they could continue to make calls all day.
Police spoke to the caller, informing the person they were to have no further contact with Manz, or anyone in his home, until pending court matters were resolved.
The Archbold police report states no charges will be filed unless unwanted calls to Manz continue.
