Aaron S. Brown, 32, Archbold, has been indicted on six counts of gross sexual imposition by the Fulton County Grand Jury.
Brown was one of six people indicted by the grand jury, which met Monday, Dec. 19.
A press release from Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, states that between Feb. 8, 2006, and Dec. 11, 2011, Brown “allegedly had sexual contact with persons under the age of 13.”
Specifically, the indictment charges Brown with four counts of allegedly violating Ohio Revised Code 2907.05(A)(4), which prohibits sexual contact with a person less than 13 years of age.
The indictment also charges two counts, alleging violations of ORC 2907.05(A)(1), which states the offender commits the crime by compelling the victim “to submit by force, or threat of force.”
The case was brought to Archbold police on the morning of Monday, Dec. 12. The original report stated officers were advised of “a possible gross sexual imposition that occurred on Saturday, Dec. 10,” in the village.
Tera Rogers, an Archbold police officer, said the case involves two juvenile girls.
A warrant for Brown’s arrest has been issued. As of late Tuesday morning, Brown was still at large.
