Allen M. Pedigo, 21, Archbold, was one of 11 persons indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury, Monday, Jan. 14, a press release from Scott A. Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, stated.
The Grand Jury handed down indictments charging Pedigo with one count each of burglary and misuse of credit cards, along with two counts of theft.
The indictment alleges on or about Sept. 5-6, 2012, Pedigo trespassed in an occupied residence, where he stole credit cards and blank checks.
Pedigo was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 16. As of last week, Pedigo was being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
