A Williams County Grand Jury has handed down a onecount indictment charging Roberto Rojo, 25, Archbold, with grand theft.
The Williams County Grand Jury met on Tuesday, Oct. 17. The grand jury handed down 15 indictments that day.
The indictment specifies that between Nov. 1, 2016 and July 27, 2017, he and Serena K. Burk, 24, Toledo, who was also indicted on grand theft, “did with purpose to deprive the owner thereof, Jane Doe, West Unity, of property…to wit, cash, and the value of the property… is $7,500 or more, and is less than $150,000.”
Information available over the Internet from the Williams County Common Pleas Court indicates Rojo and Burk were issued summonses by certified mail.
