The Fulton County Grand Jury has indicted Donald J. Taylor, 66, Archbold, on a single count of failure to register as a sexually-oriented offender.
Taylor was one of 12 individuals indicted by the grand jury, which met Monday, Sept. 20.
The indictment against Taylor alleges on or about Aug. 12 to Sept. 20, he failed to register with the Fulton County Sheriff Department within three days of his arrival in Fulton County, as required by law.
Others indicted by the grand jury were:
•Trey L. Reynolds, 18, Fayette; indicted on one count felonious assault; on or about Aug. 1, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to another by means of a deadly weapon.
•Richard L. Siler, Jr., 36, Wauseon; indicted on one count each burglary and aggravated burglary; on or about Aug. 28, allegedly trespassed in a Wauseon home, and allegedly inflicted or attempted to infl ict physical harm on another.
•William H. Feathers III, 45, Delta; indicted on one count domestic violence; on or about Aug. 18, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family member.
•Gary L. Arps, Jr., 38, Liberty Center; indicted on one count, menacing by stalking; on or about Aug. 28, alleged engaged in conduct that he knew would cause another person to believe that he would cause physical harm or mental distress to that person.
•Joshua J. Gallup, 24, Sand Creek, Mich., indicted on one count each, grand theft, receiving stolen property; on or between July 1 and Aug. 16, allegedly stole a firearm from a Metamora home.
•Joseph A. Perkins, 26, Delta; indicted on one count of burglary; on or about Aug. 25, allegedly trespassed in a Delta residence.
•Troy L. Antoszewski, 39, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs; on or about Aug. 27, allegedly possessed the illegal drug methamphetamine that was intended for sale.
•Michael J. Gillen, 20, Delta; indicted on one count each, receiving stolen property, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Sept. 5, allegedly possessed stolen painkillers hydrocodone and oxycodone, both dangerous drugs.
•Tess A. Trucks, 30, Wauseon; indicted on one count, theft; on or about March 1 to Aug. 9, allegedly stole cash and jewelry from an elderly Wauseon resident.
•Jacob T. Groves, 19, Wauseon, indicted on one count theft, eight counts forgery; on or about Aug. 28 to Sept. 9, allegedly stole eight checks from an individual, then forged the checks.
•Joshua P. Miller, 31, Metamora; indicted on one count passing bad checks; on or about June 14, allegedly wrote a check for $709.41, knowing it would be dishonored.
