Gabriel Matthew Rodriguez, 25, Archbold, was arrested by Archbold police on Monday, Oct. 28, at 8:20 pm, a police report states.
A warrant was issued by Fulton County Western District Court for failure to appear on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding.
Police were called to a residence at 210 Wilson St. to check on the welfare of an individual.
The report states, “Once on scene, the officer spoke with the subject and ran them through FCSO (Fulton County Sheriff Office) and found out they had an active warrant. EMS was dispatched to do a further check on the subject before being transported” to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
“Subject was transported to CCNO with no incident.”
Western District Court records available over the Internet state Rodriguez appeared in court via video, where a pre-trial hearing was set for Jan. 9, 2020. He was released on his own recognizance.
