Edward Reyes, 33, Archbold, has been indicted on a single count of theft by the Fulton County Grand Jury.
He was one of 13 persons indicted by the grand jury at its Monday, March 19 meeting.
In a press release, Scott A. Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said that allegedly Reyes stole cash of more than $1,000 but less than $7,500, on or about the period of May 13, 2011 to July 5, 2011.
The grand jury also indicted Michelle Y. Blosser, Wauseon, on a single count of sexual battery; see separate article.
Others indicted:
•Frederick J. Allen, Jr., 23, address unknown; indicted on one count each, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, receiving stolen property; on or about March 12, allegedly failed to comply with a police officer while driving a stolen vehicle and caused substantial risk of serious physical harm to persons or property.
•Ashley L. Huntzinger, 18, Toledo; indicted on one count each, trafficking in marijuana, permitting drug abuse; on or about March 8, allegedly transported marijuana for sale from a motor vehicle.
•Codi D. Johnson, 19, Fayette; indicted on two counts each, theft from an elderly person or disabled adult and receiving stolen property, one count theft; on or about Dec. 27, 2011 to Jan. 18, 2012, allegedly stole a chain, gravity wagons, and a manure spreader.
•Tyler N. Makula, 25, Delta; indicted on one count felonious assault; on or about March 4, allegedly knowingly caused serious physical harm to an individual.
•Nolan N. Oberla, 19, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, complicity to trafficking in marijuana and permitting drug abuse; on or about March 8, allegedly aided another in transporting marijuana for sale from a motor vehicle.
•Devin M. Price, 23, Maumee; indicted on one count, receiving stolen property; on or about March 5, allegedly received a motor vehicle knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it had been stolen.
•Logan M. Raymon, 18, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, burglary, safecracking and theft from an elderly person or disabled adult; allegedly, on or about March 9, trespassed in an occupied residence, broke into a safe, and stole cash of more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.
•Nicholas J. Swartz, 22, Maumee; indicted on one count, received stolen property; on or about March 5, allegedly received a motor vehicle knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it had been stolen.
•Dustin M. Wheating 23, and Jonathan T. Wheating, 19, both of Swanton; each indicted on one count each, breaking and entering and safecracking, and two counts theft; on or about Feb. 15, they allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied detached garage in Swanton, broke into a safe, and stole property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.
•David S. Williams, 27, Swanton; indicted on one count, trafficking in marijuana; on or about March 2, allegedly sold marijuana in the vicinity of a juvenile.
