The Archbold golf team shot a team score of 364 to tie for 10th place out of 16 teams at the Defiance Open, Monday, Aug. 13.
Van Wert won the title with a team score of 314. North Central was second with a 327, and Napoleon took third with a 333.
NC’s Branden Turner was match medalist with an individual score of 73.

Streaks Win Quad Match
Wyse, a senior, was match medalist with a low score of 38 to lead the Streaks past Ayersville, Fayette, and Pettisville in a quad match at Wauseon, Wednesday, Aug. 15.
The Streaks won the match with a team score of 165. Ayersville finished with 193, while Fayette had 198 and Pettisville, 217.
Boyers was two strokes back with a 40. Short finished with a 42. Cuellar finished the team scoring with a 45.
Brodie Ranzau shot a 50 and Elijah Miller, a 54.
For Pettisville, Matt Krill was low man with a 52. Tyler Herschberger, Evan King, and Reed Behnfeldt each shot a 55. Greg Kempf finished with a 59 and Angela Austin, a 64.
