AHS Girls Tennis Wins Three Straight



The Archbold girls tennis team won all three of its matches last week to raise its record to 7-6 on the season.

The Streaks defeated Wauseon 3-2, Monday, Sept. 25; blanked Toledo Christian 5-0, Tuesday, Sept. 26; and dropped Maumee Valley Country Day 3-2, Thursday, Sept. 28.

AHS 3, Wauseon 2

Sectional

Archbold plays in the Division II sectional tournament, Thursday, Oct. 5 and Saturday, Oct. 7, at Ottawa Hills.

The top four singles players and top four doubles teams advance to the district tournament, Wednesday, Oct. 11, and Saturday, Oct. 14, at Bowling Green State University (semifinals) and Port Clinton High School (finals).
