An earthmover gets a little help, in the form of a shove from a bulldozer. These machines were working on the Lafayette Street storm sewer project last month. Today, the project is almost completed. Constructions crews only work at the site on Fridays now, said Bob Seaman, village engineer. The project involved burying giant storm sewer pipes, some about six feet in diameter, to
