9-11 Memorial Groundbreaking Ceremony









Ground was officially broken Sunday, April 14, for the Fulton County 9-11 Memorial at the Fulton County Fairgrounds. The memorial will incorporate the piece of steel taken from the wreckage of the World Trade Center following the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.
