A 15-year-old has been charged with juvenile delinquency by way of attempted murder in Fulton County juvenile court.
Tera Rogers, an Archbold police officer, and Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, refused to provide any details about the case.
Information from the APD incident report states the crime allegedly occurred Sunday, May 8, at 4:30 pm.
It was reported to police at 11:46 am, Thursday, May 12.
The victim is identified in the incident report as Teresa L. Felix, 34. The report indicates the incident took place at her residence, an apartment at 817 West St.
The report states Felix suffer “minor apparent injury.” The incident states the weapon or type of force used was the alleged attacker’s body, such as hands, feet, etc., and the mechanics of the alleged attack was asphyxiation, such as strangulation or suffocation.
In the officer’s written narrative portion of the report, the officer stated, “Through investigation, the juvenile suspect admitted to physical contact with (redacted).
“The juvenile was placed under arrest and transported to the JDC (Juvenile Detention Center, Stryker).”
